Get Ready

Before Your Move-In Day

To expedite your move-in process, make sure you have paid all of your move-in fees.

Paying Your First Installment

To receive keys to your apartment, all move-in fees must be paid. Paying online is quick and easy!

How to Pay Online
  • You can make your payments via the Resident Portal
  • Via the Resident Portal, select "Need to Sign Up?"
  • Select "Make a Payment"
  • Add your account
  • Pay
  • An instructional email should have been sent to you following your initial lease approval. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our team.

  1. Online with a debit or credit card: Resident Login
  2. E-check (checking or savings account)

Maintenance

To submit a regular maintenance request, please visit your resident portal online.

Requests are typically completed within 48 hours.

Garages

Limited garages are available for a monthly fee. Please contact the leasing office to inquire about reserving a garage.

Utilities

You will be responsible for setting up your own electricity.

Fiber Internet

Fiber Internet starts at $80/month.

You will be responsible for setting up your own electricity. Electricity is managed by JEA Electric. You can set up or transfer your account at jea.com.
